Susan Ejore – It’s Been a Blessing

Carrie chats with Susan Ejore! The Under Armour professional runner been on fire lately, setting the Kenyan National Indoor Mile record this season when she ran 4:20, and just a few days ago she ran 3:58 for the 1500. She’s currently getting ready to compete at the Kenyan Olympic Trials in the 1500. In this episode we hear all about how she found the sport, her move to the US for college, the importance of having a healthy brain and a strong community, and so much more!

2X NCAA Champ, Kenyan national record holder for the indoor mile, holds Personal Records of 1:59.51 for 800, 3:58.63 for 1500, and 14:55.35 for 5k.
Susan attended Monroe College before transferring and graduating from University of Oregon with a degree in Psychology.
