Rhonda Vetere
Rhonda Vetere is a distinguished global leader and board member known for her transformative impact across industries. With over 23 mergers and acquisitions to her name, she bridges STEM and sports to bring technology and joy to the world. In 2024, she joined the Laureus Sport for Good Board and the Make-A-Wish Board of Directors, adding to an impressive portfolio of executive and advisory roles. Rhonda has held leadership positions at Herbalife Nutrition, Santander Bank, Estée Lauder Companies, AIG, HP Enterprise Services, Barclays, JPMorgan Chase, and major telecommunications firms. She began 2024 by attending her third World Economic Forum in Davos.
Rhonda’s career spans continents, having lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Mumbai, and across India. She has successfully led teams of up to 20,000 people and co-authored the HP special edition book, Enterprise Service Management for Dummies. Her extensive board service includes Laureus Sport for Good, Make-A-Wish Connecticut, the Longwood University Advisory Board, and the George Mason University Board of Directors. In 2022, she was honored as Global STEM Ambassador by the Chief Minister of Meghalaya and the Chancellor of USTM in India.
Recognized for her leadership and influence, Rhonda was named one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council (2019-2020) and among the Most Influential Businesswomen in Technology by Corporate Vision Magazine (2021, 2023). She has received accolades as a Top CIO/CTO and DEI Leader and currently serves as Chair of the IT Awards Judging Committee for the American Business Awards (2022-2024). She remains on the “Women to Watch” list for 2024.
Rhonda is also a dedicated athlete, competing in IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons and guiding Chris Nikic in achieving another world record at the Abbott World Marathon Majors in 2024. She has run the Serengeti 55-mile ultramarathon four times to support girls’ and women’s empowerment and serves as an ACCF Ambassador for the African Community & Conservation Foundation. Passionate about mentoring, she works with athletes, veterans, first responders, and elite business leaders.
