Bio courtesy HOKA
I’m a husband, father, international ship broker, coach, race director and lover of endurance and travel. I race between 30-50 events each year in all distances, from one mile up to 150 miles. I love to meet people and experience new places, foods and cultures. I love running for the lack of thought, but also the deep thoughts you can have. Running allows my body and mind to flow freely and I usually think about nothing and everything at the same time. There is no order or structure to my thoughts during a run and I love that can just be in the run and not worry about what I need to do or where I need to be. It’s so relaxing to just be mindful of what I am doing and what my body is feeling.
