Planks are a great way to work your core. These three plank poses will also help you to engage your shoulders, arms, obliques and glutes.
Plank Pose
Get up on your elbows, and keep a straight line throughout your body. Squeeze the cheeks peeps!
Side Plank
Prop yourself up on one elbow and extend your opposite arm. Keep your hips off the ground.
Straight Arm Plank
Similar to plank pose, but lock your elbows and go straight up on your hands.
