Jillian Tholen
Jillian is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in working with athletes and supporting them in fueling for performance and life. She also works with individuals dealing with disordered eating and eating disorders, and loves to help her clients to improve their relationship with food and body. Jillian did not have the awareness around how to properly fuel her body for her own career as a HS and collegiate runner, and this is one of the reasons she does this work today–to help educate athletes young and old, as well as their coaches and parents, around the importance of fueling well.
Jillian has been an athlete and a runner for most of her life, ran competitively in high school and college, and still loves to run and train now/post-collegiately. She currently lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with her husband who also runs and coaches, and their corgi, who is really not much of a runner, but that’s okay, they love him anyway 🙂
