Dina Griffin
Dina is a Board-Certified Sports Dietitian and Registered Dietitian. Her specialties include women’s health, sex differences in athlete fueling, physiology testing, weight management, gut health, and all things endurance fueling and hydration. Dina has extensive experience in Metabolic Efficiency Training and has combined this with advances in sport nutrition science and physiology applications to more optimally support athletes in their health and fitness journeys. Dina has a wide variety of endurance training and racing under her belt to give her the additional “walk the talk” experience when it comes to challenges of daily nutrition and performance fueling. Tina Muir
Tina Muir is the host of the Running For Real Podcast (over 2 million downloads) and a former elite runner for Great Britain. In 2017, she made the decision to stop running at the peak of her career to address her struggles with an eating disorder. While in recovery, she decided to share her story and it went viral, getting picked up by publications like People Magazine, SELF, ESPN, Women’s Health and more. Since then, Tina has worked to build a social media community for runners to foster a healthy mindset around running and training, no matter what level, speed, or experience. She currently lives in St. Louis, MO with her husband Steve and her daughter Bailey.
